Dice & Phases

Each turn starts with rolling two dice. The result (2–12) determines which hexes produce resources. 6 & 8 have the highest probability (5/36 ≈ 13.9% each). Rolling 7 triggers the Robber.

STEP 1 — ROLL 7
🎲 Seven is rolled
No resources are distributed. The Robber activates. Anyone holding 8+ cards must discard half.
STEP 2 — DISCARD
🃏 Over-hand discard
Each player with 8+ cards sees the discard panel and must choose which cards to return to the bank.
STEP 3 — MOVE
🦹 Relocate the Robber
The active player drags the Robber to any hex (not the desert). That hex is blocked — no resources from it until Robber moves again.
STEP 4 — STEAL
💰 Steal a card
If another player has a settlement touching the chosen hex, you steal 1 random card from them. If multiple players qualify, you choose who.
